Ken Wise has been a licensed Realtor (R) since 1980 and has been a Certified Appraiser with the State of Ohio since 1991. He achieved the IFA designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers in 1992 and has been involved with the Cleveland Chapter of NAIFA as both its Chapter President and course instructor. He has been the President of Wise Appraisals, Inc since 1992. Ken and his wife, Diana, have made their home in Brecksville for 30 years and have raised 2 sons. He brings valuable knowledge of appraisal to The Realty Store, to help buyers and sellers better understand this sometimes confusing part of the real estate transaction.
